Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas/Addresses
We only accept orders for delivery to valid residential and business addresses within the United States. If the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, it may affect delivery, and the product will be returned. In such cases, we will not refund the shipping costs, but this will not affect the refund of the purchased products.

We ask customers to carefully check the accuracy of the provided delivery address, ensuring correct spelling and including a complete postal code as per postal service regulations. If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address or postal code provided by the customer, LOTFLY will not be responsible, and the customer will be required to pay additional product and shipping fees (if applicable). We reserve the right to request that you wait up to 28 business days before resending the product.
2. Order Processing Time
- Our order processing time is 1-3 business days, and processing begins once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email during the processing period.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- International Delivery: Standard delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the country and region.
- Please note that delivery time does not include order processing time.
4. Arrangements for Missed Deliveries
If you are unable to receive the product as scheduled due to personal reasons, please contact us promptly (email: lotflycare.com) to arrange an alternative delivery. To facilitate re-arrangement, we may charge an additional administrative fee at our discretion. If a new delivery date is not arranged within two weeks of the original delivery date, we may cancel your order, and no refund will be given due to your failure to arrange an alternative delivery.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of the package on the website of our partnered courier company.
- Please note that tracking information may sometimes take 1-2 days to update after shipment.
6. Delivery Issues

- If the package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with compensation or re-shipping.
7. Special Circumstances
- In some special cases (such as severe weather, force majeure events, customs clearance delays, etc.), delivery times may be extended. We will do our best to keep you informed and provide the latest delivery information.
- If the delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may result in the package being returned or undeliverable. In such cases, we will contact you to update the address and may charge additional delivery fees.

Once the products you purchased leave our warehouse, ownership, title, and the risk of loss and/or damage will transfer to you, provided the company has received full and valid payment for the products.
