Returns or Refunds
LOTFLY online store offers a “Product Return Shopping Guarantee” (excluding the "Non-returnable Products" specified below) to ensure a worry-free shopping experience. If a product is damaged during shipping, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered at no additional shipping cost.
Upon receiving your product, please inspect the order for any damage, errors, or missing items. If the product is damaged or incorrect, we recommend customers return the damaged or incorrect item directly to the on-site delivery person and ensure the order email is kept for record-keeping purposes.
Non-returnable Products
The following circumstances or products are not eligible for return or exchange services:
- Products with incomplete packaging (e.g., torn tape or box) that are not caused by the customer
- Damaged or incomplete products that have been opened or used
- Any free gifts or trial items
- Products without an order record
Before we process an exchange or refund, we will inspect and verify the returned product. If the product does not meet the conditions for a refund or exchange as listed in this policy, no exchange or refund will be provided, and the LOTFLY online store will return the product to you.
Returnable/Exchangeable Products
If the delivered product is incorrect, damaged, missing, or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please request an exchange or refund within 7 business days of receiving the product. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted. If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
Exchange/Refund Process
Please send us an email with a clear photo showing the issue with the product, along with the order number and item number, to lotflycare.com to apply for a return, and include "LOTFLY Online Store" in the email subject to ensure smooth processing. Once we confirm that the return conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the return process. Please return the product along with a copy of the confirmation email. Upon successfully receiving your returned product, we will arrange a refund in our system. Typically, your payment will be refunded to your payment account within 14 business days.
Note: If your returned product includes promotional gifts or discounted items, please return these as well; otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.
LOTFLY online store reserves the final right to interpret this refund policy, determine the eligibility of any product for exchange or refund, and settle any disputes arising between us and the customer under this refund policy.
